Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in the Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and drive business growth. Collaborating closely with the marketing manager, you will assist in leading the marketing team, orchestrating campaigns across multiple channels, and analyzing market trends to ensure the competitiveness of our products and services. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms and strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience in analyzing marketing metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a creative flair.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.
