The Assistant Manager – Human Resources is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and implementing effective HR initiatives that align with our strategic goals. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
  • Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
