We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Architect to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs from initial concept to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers and construction teams to achieve project goals.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using necessary architectural software.
• Ensure that architectural designs comply with industry codes and regulations.
• Manage and oversee construction phases to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Provide expert advice on material selection and construction techniques.
• Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to clients.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and expectations.
• Stay updated on emerging architectural trends and sustainable practices.
• Work within project budgets and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior architects and designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field required.
• Professional license or certification in architecture is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in architectural design and management.
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
