We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a creative flair and a passion for innovative design to join our expanding team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating and developing building plans that are not only functional and sustainable but also aesthetically engaging. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, a high level of technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of clients and team members. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in current architectural trends, be proficient with computer-aided design software, and possess a keen eye for detail. You will have an opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial, ensuring all client requirements and legal regulations are meticulously adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs and plans using computer-aided design software.
• Collaborate with clients to determine architectural preferences and needs for projects.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure alignment with design specifications and legal requirements.
• Work with contractors and construction teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Review and approve project modifications to align with client needs and sustainability goals.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations effectively.
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas and progress.
• Research and integrate technological advancements and materials into architectural designs.
• Mentor and lead junior architects and interns in design development and execution.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to architecture firm’s design and brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
• Exceptional creative skills and ability to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
• Experience in preparing and presenting architectural proposals and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
