Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through to completion phases.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and interpret their architectural requirements.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Ensure all designs align with regulatory building codes and industry standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and construction teams for project execution.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Research and integrate sustainable and environmentally friendly materials into designs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design interns.
• Review and approve project changes and adaptations throughout the construction process.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation for an efficient workflow.
• Conduct feasibility studies and architectural layout planning for new projects.
• Present project designs and updates to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• A licensed architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design software.
• Solid understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative designs and deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
