Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal building codes, health and safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and resolve any on-site issues.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
• Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders, garnering feedback and approval.
• Analyze structural requirements and environmental impacts to optimize design solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior architects in developing their skills and project contributions.
• Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary project permits and approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a licensed architect.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software is essential.
• Strong understanding of sustainable building practices and green certifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes and zoning regulations is necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and guide project execution.
