Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve work processes.
  • Maintain and update physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring to support financial efficiency.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff to enhance productivity.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required by management.
  • Facilitate communication between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and equipment maintenance is performed.
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes by coordinating with the HR department.
  • Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
