Job Description

An Administration Executive plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of an organization, ensuring smooth functionality across all departments. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and key personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex assignments.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently while providing executive support and project management.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the capability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
