Job Description

The Admin Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the administrative functions and operations of an organization. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient administrative support services across the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and review administrative systems and policies to improve functionality.
  • Manage and lead the administrative staff by setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with other departmental heads to ensure efficiency in communication and processes.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for the administrative department, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies within the administrative domain.
  • Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment maintenance and procurement processes.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for administrative staff to enhance their performance.
  • Handle various clerical and administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.
  • Review and approve contracts, invoices, and purchase orders pertaining to administrative functions.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable work environment by overseeing workplace maintenance and health protocols.
  • Monitor industry trends to propose innovative solutions for organizational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an administrative or management role.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
