As a UX/UI Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring exceptional user experiences across all platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to translate user needs and business goals into interactive digital interfaces. This role requires a combination of strong analytical and creative skills to solve design challenges. You will also be responsible for staying updated with industry trends and integrating best practices into your designs. A deep understanding of user interface trends, responsive design principles, and user-centric methodologies will be vital in creating intuitive and engaging products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Design and prototype innovative UX/UI solutions for seamless user interactions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Utilize responsive design techniques to ensure consistency across all devices.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to refine the design process.
• Partner with developers to ensure technical feasibility and perfect functionality.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in UX/UI design.
• Maintain design guidelines and best practices for reusable and scalable design systems.
• Conduct usability testing to identify area of improvements and new opportunities.
• Ensure all designs are accessible and conform to web standards and requirements.
• Iterate on designs based on team feedback, user research, and usability testing results.
• Produce quality design outputs within an agreed timeline and budget constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer with a strong portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc, InVision, or Adobe XD.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric solutions.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for creating interactive designs.
