Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and developers to create seamless user interface experiences.
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces adhering to current UX/UI standards.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for improvement.
• Translate complex design concepts into easy-to-understand user workflows.
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and UX/UI technologies.
• Provide support and guidance in the creation of design systems and style guides.
• Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and sprints.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of UX/UI design initiatives.
• Address and resolve user interface issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer or similar role in a digital environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing recent UX/UI design and development projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques.
• Experience with front-end development frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
