UX/UI Designer 15A26

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Design aesthetically pleasing and user-centric interface designs for various projects.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize performance.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant design practices.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed design specifications and guidelines.
• Work with developers to ensure correct implementation of designs and systems.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials for internal and client meetings.
• Participate in review sessions with stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a critical eye for aesthetics and usability.
