Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs within project constraints.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of design concepts.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all product touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Test for intuitivity and experience, and identify areas for improvement.
• Present and defend design decisions before key stakeholders, focusing on user needs.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficient in design software like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing design requirements and feedback.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design choices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in design aesthetics.
