We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital experience for our products. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Establish and promote UI design guidelines, best practices, and standards across projects.
• Work with clients and team members to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and provide viable solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency and coherence of the user interface.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Develop prototypes to validate design concepts and user interactions.
• Effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferable.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactions.
• Ability to present work and communicate research and designs effectively.
• Experience in creating responsive designs for both web and mobile applications.
