As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting user-centered design solutions that maximize user experience and address complex design challenges. Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers in the team.
• Adapt designs based on analytics data to improve user engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field required.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and Prototyping software.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability tests for design validation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when crafting design solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating design concepts.
