Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Design and conduct usability testing sessions with diverse user groups.
• Analyze user feedback to improve overall end-user experience.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Stay up-to-date with digital design trends and tools, applying new techniques as needed.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers effectively for implementation.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to continuously improve design solutions.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to create cohesive design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and solutions.
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools and user-centered design practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to interpret and negotiate requirements.
• Understanding of front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
