Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a training and development role is vital.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs from scratch.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and employee performance improvements.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms is necessary.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
