Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is highly desirable.
