Job Description

A Territory Sales Executive is a critical role responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence within a designated geographic region. Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently through effective marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote the company’s products.
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales management team on market trends.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries to build loyalty.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Train and assist new team members in sales techniques and company processes.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relations.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territorially assigned region.
