Job Description

As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for driving the company's revenue growth within a designated territory. You will manage relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role involves both nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities, contributing directly to the achievement of regional sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently while being part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your success will hinge on your ability to understand market trends, secure profitable contracts, and expand the company's footprint within your territory.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads within the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and tailor sales presentations to address those effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to expand brand presence and visibility.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for sales growth.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to address their needs and offer solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups and problem solving.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities for strategic planning.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
