Job Description

The Telecaller position is essential for customer engagement and acquisition, utilizing excellent communication skills to effectively reach out to potential clients via phone calls. This role requires a proactive individual with a knack for persuasion and a clear understanding of the company’s offerings. As a telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in both expanding the company's customer base and maintaining positive client relationships. This role involves answering inquiries, providing informative responses, and addressing any concerns customers may express. A successful candidate should be capable of multitasking, handling several strategies to drive sales, and consistently meeting targets. The telecaller will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. Your ability to be persuasive and remain calm under pressure will greatly contribute to generating leads and closing sales effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients with the aim of generating leads.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from existing and potential customers efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases promptly.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about products and services.
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Follow up on previous customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve outbound calling scripts.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by management.
  • Adjust communication strategies based on the feedback received from clients.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to enhance customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when handling challenging customer queries.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage various client interactions.
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and CRM software.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
