Responsibilities

  • Conduct high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing clients daily.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored sales solutions effectively.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to offer informed advice.
  • Compile and update a comprehensive database of customer interactions and sales details.
  • Achieve and exceed targeted sales quotas and performance metrics consistently.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Engage with customers in a polite and professional manner at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to improve sales strategies and techniques.
  • Track and report sales processes and outcomes to management regularly.
  • Participate actively in continuous sales training and skill enhancement sessions.
  • Comply with telesales standards and regulations during all customer interactions.
  • Contribute positively to team goals and work collaboratively with other team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in telesales or a related sales position.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skill set required.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and other relevant sales software tools.
  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic attitude towards achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
