Job Description

As a Telesales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with our customers via telephone. You will leverage your excellent communication skills to influence and persuade potential and current clients into purchasing our services or products. Your role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, requiring you to possess a keen understanding of our product offerings and an ability to clearly convey the features and benefits. This position demands a strong sales acumen paired with the persistence to follow through on leads, a proactive approach to overcome objections, and a knack for closing deals. If you are results-driven and possess the ability to handle a high volume of calls in a competitive environment, this role is ideal for you. Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers daily.
  • Understand customer needs and offering solutions and support accordingly.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services.
  • Manage and update an accurate log of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle complaints or concerns with efficiency and reliability.
  • Propose pricing solutions and negotiate terms as needed with clients.
  • Prepare and present tailored sales pitches and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and target attainment.
  • Continuously seek feedback to improve sales techniques and strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telephone technology is preferable.
  • Must have strong sales closing and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player is essential.
  • Solutions-oriented and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
