Our company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients via telephone, building relationships, and closing sales to drive company revenue. You will work closely with the marketing and sales departments to optimize sales techniques and strategies. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to sell products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions and support through calls.
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations clearly and effectively over the phone.
  • Manage and update customer databases with relevant information and interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales techniques and strategies.
  • Meet and surpass sales targets consistently to contribute to company growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
  • Conduct research to identify potential sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Handle customer objections and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Record and report daily sales activities to the sales manager for review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for effective selling.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in sales scenarios.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage customer calls.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telemarketing tools and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma; additional relevant qualifications will be considered a plus.
