Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and sustainability of the organization by managing incoming and outgoing calls to prospective clients. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, effectively communicating product features, and ultimately converting inquiries into sales to meet organizational targets. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Your role will entail identifying potential leads, understanding client needs, and providing solutions, while maintaining a detailed account of interactions and sales processes. Success in this role requires a persuasive communication style, an understanding of sales techniques, and a desire for achieving and exceeding goals.


Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers through calls, introducing and explaining products.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales efforts for reporting.
  • Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions to close sales.
  • Follow up with prospects and leads through phone calls to convert them into customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide product information in a clear manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently through telesales activities.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage call schedules and input feedback efficiently.
  • Engage in market research to identify new sales opportunities and domains.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and competitive trends.
  • Build strong relationships with customer accounts to ensure continual business.
  • Handle customer complaints politely and escalate complex issues when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive and professional manner.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and offer effective sales solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customer accounts and leads.
  • Comfortable with CRM software and related technologies for sales tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and closing deals.
  • Resilience and perseverance to pursue leads and handle rejections positively.
  • Basic knowledge of market research and developing sales approaches.
