The Telesales Executive is a crucial part of our sales team, playing a pivotal role in generating revenue and expanding the company's customer base through proactive outreach via telephone communication. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls to potential customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to articulate benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally, providing comprehensive solutions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales performance metrics and quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during sales processes.
  • Adapt sales techniques based on clients' feedback and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or similar sales/customer service roles is required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural ability to persuade people.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the capability to handle objections constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales process tracking systems is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales is preferred.
  • A proactive approach to identifying new sales opportunities and closing deals.
