Job Description

A Telesales Executive (10A26) plays a critical role in driving the revenue generation for a business through proactive and strategic phone-based sales activities. This position requires individuals who are resilient, determined, and possess excellent communication skills to handle the high pressure of a target-driven environment. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for managing a list of potential clients, nurturing relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively pitching relevant solutions to seal deals. In addition to sales, this role involves comprehensive data management and analysis to enhance the effectiveness of sales efforts and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of sales processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to handle customer objections creatively.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify customer needs through probing questions and effective listening techniques.
  • Develop and present personalized product pitches to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate with customers to close sales and secure deals beneficial to the company.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure continuous satisfaction with company offerings.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies with marketing objectives.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends for effective selling.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review and forecasts.
  • Attend training sessions and development programs to enhance sales skills.
  • Strive to exceed targets while adhering to quality standards and company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone, are essential.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert them into opportunities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
