Job Description

A Tele Calling Executive plays a pivotal role in generating leads and connecting with potential and existing customers through telephonic conversations. The role involves effective communication to provide product information, resolve queries, and persuade customers for sales conversion. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

  • Follow up on previous customer interactions to ensure resolution and gather feedback.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine calling strategies for target achievement.
  • Implement feedback from supervisors to improve call quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends for informed communication.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research through calls to gather information on competition and trends.
  • Train and mentor new tele-calling staff as required to meet team objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in any discipline.
  • Minimum of one year experience in tele sales or customer service roles.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and an engaging phone presence.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telecalling systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage for broader customer interaction.
