Job Description

The Tele Calling Executive position is a pivotal role within our organization that focuses on engaging potential clients, offering solutions, and driving sales through outbound calls. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to identify customer needs, and articulate our service offerings in a persuasive manner. The Tele Calling Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up on sales leads to meet specific sales targets. Working closely with the sales team, the Tele Calling Executive will ensure that all prospects are provided with a seamless experience from the initial contact to post-sales support. This role demands a proactive individual who can manage time efficiently and uphold professionalism at all times.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers daily.
  • Regularly update and manage the CRM system with customer information.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers at all times.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share customer feedback and insights.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns to convert them into sales.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about products and services offerings.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Work with minimal supervision while ensuring KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Continuously update knowledge of product lines and changing industry dynamics.
  • Adapt communication style to cater to different customers and their needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a tele-calling or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
