The role of a Technical Lead - Industrialization Engineer involves spearheading the transfer and scaling of products from design to full-scale production. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrialization engineering role.

• Strong leadership skills with a background in leading technical teams effectively.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is highly desired.
