Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization process for new product introductions from concept to mass production.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and quality.

• Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential production issues.
• Oversee the implementation and validation of production equipment and systems.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams and work instructions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve production issues and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing production lines.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for production issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams successfully.
• Strong knowledge of production equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes.
