Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Executive at 30N25 plays a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our organization. This position demands a proactive individual with experience in talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their specific needs and ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains skilled professionals who contribute to our innovative and success-driven culture. The successful candidate will be adept at using various recruitment channels and technologies for efficient candidate sourcing and will possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills to facilitate a positive candidate experience.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and develop custom recruitment plans.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews using structured interview techniques and methodologies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Maintain a robust candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.
  • Facilitate candidate negotiations including offer letters and salary discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Champion the company’s employer brand by developing engaging and informative recruitment content.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes and suggest improvements.
  • Develop initiatives to boost diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment practices, and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and candidate interaction.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to develop and sustain productive relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven recruitment strategies.
