As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from screening and interviewing to onboarding and retention strategies. You will contribute to building a robust talent pipeline by utilizing innovative sourcing methods and contributing to the evolution of our employer brand. Your ability to work closely with hiring managers and department heads will ensure that we attract the right candidates who are not only qualified but also a cultural fit for our enthusiastic and growth-driven team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to attract top talent effectively.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process from identifying needs to onboarding candidates.
  • Create and publish job descriptions and advertisements on various job boards.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize social media networks to connect with potential candidates effectively.
  • Facilitate the candidate offer process which includes negotiation and background checks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external recruiters.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive hiring strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a corporate setting.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and various recruitment software tools.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • A strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
