Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify potential candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit within the company culture and role requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to assist in sourcing specialized roles.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Manage and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to HR leadership and management.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s recruitment success.
  • Facilitate pre-employment checks, including references and background verification.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities to enhance recruitment strategies.
