Job Description

A Store Executive is a vital position within any retail or supply chain operation, responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of a store's operations. The role involves overseeing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and implementing store policies and procedures. The Store Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales success, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining an excellent visual appeal of the store further enhancing customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the store meets legal, safety, health, and operational guidelines consistently.

  • Prepare and present detailed financial and operational reports to senior management.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Facilitate staff training and development programs to enhance team skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Store Executive or relevant role in retail management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage store operations seamlessly.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on employee motivation and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling diverse customer needs.
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in handling store operations.
  • Proficiency in using store management software and MS Office applications effectively.
