We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans and test cases while working closely with the development team to identify and resolve bugs and issues. Responsibilities

• Design and develop test plans and test cases for software evaluation.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design specifications.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify software issues and bugs.
• Document and analyze test results, and report findings to the development team.
• Develop and maintain testing scripts and tools to enhance test coverage.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
• Participate in release planning and provide timely feedback on feature readiness.
• Conduct regression testing to confirm software reliability after updates.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a common understanding of testing goals.
• Identify and report any potential risks to software quality or project timelines.
• Assist in creating comprehensive testing documentation for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Software Tester or in a similar role required.
• Familiarity with various software testing tools and methodologies is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify software issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate findings.
• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet project deadlines.
