Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Strong writing, photography, and videography skills for social content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media data and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in social media management and analytics tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Instagram promotions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic marketing team.
