We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Manager (01D25) to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and digital marketing strategies with a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with varied audiences. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. You should be well-versed in the use of analytics tools to monitor and evaluate performance. This role will suit someone who is collaborative, innovative, and ready to take the company's digital footprint to the next level. A deep understanding of various social media platforms and how they can be leveraged in different scenarios is essential for this position.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Create, curate, and manage original, high-quality content across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for feedback, trends, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Analyze engagement data to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Manage and oversee social media content calendars to ensure regular posting schedule.
  • Engage with social media followers, promptly responding to comments, queries, and messages.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
  • Employ social media best practices to optimize posting, engagement, and reach.
  • Work with influencers and brand advocates to increase reach and credibility.
  • Prepare and present reports on social media metrics and trends for management review.
  • Provide creative direction for social media campaigns to the design and video teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar position for at least three years.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is preferred.
  • Creative ability to produce engaging and informative content tailored to target audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO practices and web traffic metrics would be an advantage.
