• Ensure test cases encompass all user scenarios and edge cases during implementation.
• Monitor and analyze test results, reporting defects and issues found clearly and promptly.
• Continuously improve test automation processes and quality assurance methodologies.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to software development teams on product quality.
• Manage test environments and plan for necessary test infrastructure improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing tools.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices for quality assurance.
• Ensure alignment of automated testing activities with project timelines and goals.
• Prepare comprehensive test documentation and deliverables for review and approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language for automation.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestNG.
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or an equivalent.
• Proven experience of implementing and working with CI/CD pipelines is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record of identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues effectively.
