The Senior Parts & Services Consultant is a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with managing and optimizing the parts and services operations to ensure customer satisfaction and business profitability. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in parts and services within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess data and drive decisions based on insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and other related automotive tools.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the automotive industry.
