Job Description

As a Senior Parts & Services Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our service department through expert parts management and customer service excellence. Your core responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive top-notch support, delivering accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and ensuring timely order fulfilment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and share detailed reports on parts usage and service performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations consistently.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute valuable insights and ideas.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced service delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in skill development and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in parts and service consultancy roles.
  • Proven track record of managing inventory and improving service processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and part management software efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
