Job Description

The Senior Executive – HR role is a pivotal position within our organization, tasked with steering the human resources department toward strategic excellence. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and objectives. You will oversee diverse HR operations, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking to lead a team and interact across various levels of the organization. The ideal candidate possesses robust HR management skills and experience in promoting a productive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and driving transformation through HR initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing and selection, to ensure talent acquisition.
  • Design training programs that enhance employee skills and improve performance levels.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to drive employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to avoid legal issues.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable workforce.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive employee offerings.
  • Implement organizational changes and support management in change management processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads to align HR strategies with business needs.
  • Prepare and manage the HR budget to support departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and employee relations practices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management software and tools.
