The Senior Executive – HR plays a vital role in shaping the human resources strategy within the organization. This position involves overseeing the smooth and profitable operation of the company’s human resources department by delivering a full spectrum of human resources programs and initiatives. As a Senior HR Executive, you will work closely with management to ensure HR practices and policies are aligned with the company’s goals, preparing HR strategies that optimize talent management. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR department to ensure effectiveness and alignment with company goals.

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures professionally and fairly.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture that boosts employee morale.
  • Analyze HR metrics for monitoring effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address their workforce requirements efficiently.
  • Manage HR budgets and allocate resources optimally for team needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for diverse workforce interaction.
  • Proficiency with HR software and experience with HRIS systems management.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR plans and programs.
