The Senior Executive Assistant plays a vital role in the organizational infrastructure by providing seamless support to high-level executives. The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as a key liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex schedules for executives, ensuring all appointments and meetings are well coordinated.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal teams or external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives, optimizing travel time and resources.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for executives.
  • Conduct research and compile data to aid in decision-making processes and strategic planning.
  • Organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in managing budgets and expense reports, ensuring all financial documentation is accurate.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and facilitate effective communication at all levels.
  • Monitor and prioritize executive correspondence, ensuring responses are timely and appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support by answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
  • Take initiative in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with acute attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • A proactive approach with the capability to anticipate needs and independently solve problems.
