Job Description

As a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Executive in Performance Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms to drive growth and achieve our business objectives. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and seek out opportunities for improvement. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring SEM strategies align with broader marketing goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective SEM strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on multiple digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection to maximize ad spend efficiency.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and modify strategies to improve ROI continually.
  • Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to enhance conversions.
  • Analyze market trends to identify bid strategies and budget allocations.
  • Collaborate with content creators to align SEM strategies with marketing plans.
  • Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and platform updates.
  • Work with data analytics teams to determine the best performing ads and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all digital advertising standards and policies.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and outlets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale PPC campaigns successfully.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with SEM platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
  • Excellent understanding of Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
