Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs tailored to various sales team needs.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions that enhance the sales team's capabilities and performance.
  • Develop training materials, curriculum, and resources to support sales training initiatives.
  • Evaluate individual and team training needs through assessments and regular feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with sales management to align training programs with business goals and strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest sales techniques and technologies to integrate into training modules.
  • Monitor, track, and report on the progress and success of training programs to stakeholders.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives to improve their performance and skills.
  • Identify areas for sales process improvements and recommend appropriate training solutions.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure training materials comply with company policies and practices.
  • Facilitate role-playing and other interactive training methods to foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Continuously update and refresh training programs to maintain relevance and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales trainer or similar role with outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills essential for training delivery.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to design training programs and materials that are engaging and effective.
  • Experience in using training software and platforms to conduct virtual and onsite sessions.
  • Ability to travel as required for training sessions and consultations when necessary.
