Job Description

As a Sales Officer at 24D25, you will be integral to driving our growth and success by implementing effective sales strategies and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for new sales, and executing plans to meet sales targets. Your primary focus will be to understand client needs and ensure the delivery of bespoke solutions that bolster our brand’s reputation and boost sales revenues. With a proactive approach and strong negotiation skills, you will nurture relationships with prospective clients, maintain loyalty with existing customers, and foster a collaborative team environment to achieve the collective goals of the sales department.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads to expand client base and increase sales.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continuous revenue generation.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support the execution of promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform management decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to promote the company brand and offerings.
  • Train and mentor new sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client information and sales pipeline effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role within a competitive market environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite crucial.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
