Job Description

The Sales Manager (designation: 26D25) is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving revenue through strategic planning, implementation of sales strategies, and leading a high-performance sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be tasked with developing a comprehensive sales action plan that includes market analysis, customer relationship management, and collaboration with various departments to maximize business growth opportunities. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant managerial position in sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic sales plans effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to generate insightful sales reports.
