Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, especially in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of the retail market, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend relevant events.
  • Capability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights for growth.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to sales strategies.
