  • Analyze sales data to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement in sales approaches.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales goals, achievements, and strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports to provide clear insights into sales performance and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in retail sales.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM software knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
